ANALYZED PICKS
The analyze feature is pretty simple, however the way the box works
may need a little explaining, more on this later. Twice a week
(depending on how the lottery works in your state) you will be
entering the winning numbers. Each time you enter the numbers the
corresponding ball will be incremented by 1, ie. Ball 3 has been
called 7 times and you enter ball 7 as this weeks winner. It will be
incremented to 8 as the number of times ball 7 has been called.
The analyze function uses 6 balls total and will get the balls that
have been called the most times out of any other ball. So if you use
the analyze box to choose three numbers, and balls 3, 5, 21 have
been called more times than any other ball, those are the 3 numbers
you'll get and the other 3 will be random numbers. If you choose to
use only 1 analyzed ball you will get 5 random. Also if you choose
three analyzed balls and say balls 3 and 5 have both been called 17
times and ball 21 has been called 24 times, then you will get 24 as
the first number and then 3 and then 5 as it picks them in order from
1 to whatever your state supports and from the most times called on
down to the least.
You use the arrow keys on the keypad with the num-lock on for the
analyze box. To select numbers use the left or right arrow on the
keypad to cycle through the numbers until you get to the number of
analyzed balls that you want (1-6). Let's say you want 3 analyzed
numbers and the other three random, just use the right or left arrow
on the keypad until you get to 3 then press the down key which enters
the number and LuckyDay will pick the 3 top most called balls and
fill the other three with random numbers for a total of 6 numbers.
You will then get another box on the screen asking you if you wish to
print these, just enter y for yes or n for no.
If you select the analyze box by mistake and want to get out, just
hit the up arrow which cancels and brings you back to the main menu.
VIEW ANALYZED CHART
This feature will let you see all the ball numbers and how many times
each one has been selected.
RANDOMIZER
Randomizer is where you get your quick-picks. It will ask you if you
want every number different and then how many quick-picks you want.
What this does is uses a different number on each quick-pick. No
number will be the same on any of the quick-picks (1-6).
If you answer no, you are telling LuckyDay that it's ok to use a
number more than once out of 2-6 picks. For example let's say you
want 2 quick-picks and answered no to every number different. You
would get something like this...
4 12 18 24 28 32
9 18 21 29 32 36
Notice 18 was used twice....This wouldn't happen if you answer Yes.
So it's a matter of preference.
CHECK YOUR TICKETS
Here we enter our tickets to see if we won the big lottery! The box
works exactly the same way as the Analyzed box mentioned above. This
time though we have to enter in 6 numbers, so just scroll through
the numbers with the left and right arrows until you get to the
number that you want and use the down arrow to enter the number in
and use the left and right arrows to scroll through the numbers to
get the next number until you get all six entered in, at which time
the box will automatically exit out and ask you if this is correct.
If you made a mistake enter n for no or if you make a mistake before
you get to the end, say on the second number, just use the up arrow
to cancel and you'll go back to the main menu. If you do win the
lottery and get 4 or more numbers you'll get a congratulations and a
little tune to boot!
SETUP
The setup is the first thing that you should do when you get LuckyDay
as it's the only way it know's what state it's in, how many balls
your state supports, and whether or not your state supports the
bonus ball feature. They are straight questions and require a yes or
no or a number. When you are done here, LuckyDay will save the data
to disk and you are now ready to go.....Good Luck!!
